Rachel is a Women’s Health osteopath and clinical pilates instructor, dedicated to educating and empowering women on their health and wellbeing journey. 

Rachel has spent years building her skills and knowledge in the field of pregnancy and postpartum management, in order to provide her clients with individualised and intentional care that addresses their specific needs and goals during pregnancy, the postpartum period and beyond. 

Rachel is passionate about treatment and management in the following areas;

Pelvic girdle (pubic symphysis and sacroiliac joint pain) and lower back pain Breast feeding postural related pain DRAM assessment and management Postpartum bio-mechanical assessment and treatment  Return to exercise postpartum Cesarean rehabilitation Pregnancy and postpartum clinical pilates Conservative management of mastitis (including use of therapeutic ultrasound)

Outside of the treatment room, Rachel is grateful to partner with local community groups such as Mum’s in Yarra and NFP such as Birth Co to share this passion with new and expectant mothers across Australia.
