In this peaceful, purpose-built space, Mothers will be supported to put their feeding, sleep & settling plans into place and consolidate their skills whilst being supervised by trained infant feeding and sleep professionals. 

Women will come away from the their day stay feeling empowered to feed and nurture their infants, with the confidence to troubleshoot any problems that arise. 

The Experience

• A 7 hour stay in a luxurious, purpose built space with spectacular views 

• All feeds supervised by a Lactation Consultant

• Relaxing spa treatment

• Nutrition, Baby Wearing, Osteo or Sleep Consultation

• Baby Sensory Class

• Lunch, snacks, and beverages

• Small group discussions (sessions may include, mindfulness, infant massage, meal prep ideas, infant settling and mothercraft skills and can be guided by the needs of individual clients).

• Mother’s Helper to provide assistance with caring for babies and mothers throughout the stay

• Access to any other services on site during the stay

Partners are welcome to come and help Mums and Bubs to settle in, but will be asked to leave after this.
