Cancellation policy
No fee if cancellation with more than 24hrs notice. Cancellations received less than 24hrs prior to your appointment will attract a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a 100% fee.
Cancellations of classes: Full refund if more than 24hr notice, 50% refund if less than 24hrs notice.
**Fees increase periodically on the 1st January and 1st July each year in line with CPI. Please speak to our Reception team for further information.
Maternal and Infant Wellbeing Melbourne is a private billing clinic and all fees must be paid at the time of the consultation.

Transfer of records
At MIWM, we are committed to providing continuous care to all our patients. Your records will remain in the strictest of confidence and remain the property of MIWM. We welcome you to continue your shared care with us.
Please note that a consent to transfer your records from your requesting practitioner is required. There is an administrative fee of $30.00 per file. This fee covers the administrative time to extract, collate, export, and encrypt your records from medical software into an appropriate format. Once payment is received, your file will be processed and sent to your requesting practitioner as per their preferred method within 10 business days.
Alternatively, we can forward a copy of your one page Health Summary, this does not incur a fee.
