Clinical Perinatal Psychologist
Isabella is a registered Clinical Psychologist with four years of experience working across public mental health, private practice, and community settings. She supports adults and young people experiencing a range of mental health concerns and has a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health, including perinatal anxiety, bonding with baby, and supporting parents as they adjust to the emotional and identity changes that come with pregnancy and early parenthood.
Isabella provides individual therapy for expectant and new parents, as well as mothers, fathers, and non-binary parents navigating challenges such as perinatal anxiety and postnatal depression, birth trauma, difficulties bonding with baby, relationship and intimacy changes, perfectionism, returning to work, and setting boundaries with family and friends. She also offers dyadic (parent–infant) support, gently nurturing both parental wellbeing and the developing parent–baby relationship.
With a warm, reflective, and non-judgemental approach, Isabella works collaboratively to understand your story and what feels most important to you. Drawing from attachment-informed and evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy, she tailors support to your individual needs, offering both short- and longer-term therapy.
Babies are always welcome in sessions.
