Fotini Gniel

Fotini is a breast pumping consultant with a special focus on supporting mums with their flange fit and optimising their breast pump set up to enable comfortable and efficient pumping sessions. She uses a person-centred approach, working with the mum and making adjustments based on what she's observing and the mum's feedback on sensation and comfort. 

She provides a calm and nurturing space to work through the pumping support each mum needs and gives expert guidance to ensure families are confident when pumping at home. She has helped 100's of mums with different pump brands and models and is well versed in understanding which modes, settings and flange shapes and sizes may work best for different situations and bodies.

Consults with Fotini can include a fitting and support with your own pump and/or trialling one of the pumps she has available (Spectra S1, Youha The One and various wearables by Lacevo, Bubka, Mumilk and Youha). She has 50+ different flange shapes and sizes that are compatible with Medela and Spectra pumps so that she can tailor her fittings to a wider variety of breast shapes and nipple sizes.
