Dr Xuan Le
GP Registrar
Dr Xuan Le
Dr Xuan Le is a GP Registrar with a vibrant, approachable style and a passion for caring for women, children, and growing families. After graduating with her Doctor of Medicine from Monash University in 2021, she completed her junior doctor training at Eastern Health, where she gained valuable experience across a wide range of hospital specialties before finding her true passion in general practice.
Now further along in her GP training, Dr Xuan is excited to be joining the Maternal and Infant Wellbeing Melbourne team. She enjoys the variety and connection that general practice offers and is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
Dr Xuan has strong interests in women’s health, children’s health, and travel medicine, and provides care across all stages of life, from pregnancy and postnatal care to contraception, family planning, and infant health. She has experience in Implanon insertion and removal, iron infusions, vaccinations, and supporting women through medical termination of pregnancy. She values clear communication and shared decision-making, helping patients feel informed and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Known for her calm and friendly nature, Dr Xuan particularly enjoys supporting new parents as they navigate the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) early stages of parenthood.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her hunting down Melbourne’s best cafes, planning her next travel adventure, or exploring hidden gems in regional Victoria. She also speaks basic Vietnamese and enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
See Dr Xuan at MIWM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Face-to-Face or Telehealth consultations, starting in August!
