✨ Babywearing & Yoga is BACK at MIWM! ✨
We are so excited to welcome back one of our most loved postnatal classes – Babywearing & Yoga!
This beautiful 6-week course combines gentle yoga, connection with your baby, and expert babywearing support all in one nurturing space.
Led by our incredible osteopath and yoga instructor Bonnie Maplestone, you’ll learn safe and supportive ways to move your body while keeping your baby close. Across the course, our amazing babywearing consultant Sarah Mahri will also provide baby carrier fit checks to ensure both you and your little one are comfortable and supported.
Whether you're returning to movement after birth, looking to bond with your baby in a new way, or hoping to connect with other mums, this class is the perfect blend of movement, education and community.
