Circle of Security Parenting (COSP)

Feel more confident, connected, and calm in your parenting journey.

What is COSP?

Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is an evidence-based, internationally recognised program developed from decades of attachment research. It helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs in a way that builds a secure relationship.

Through a supportive and reflective approach, the course helps parents strengthen their relationship with their child, while also exploring how their own upbringing and patterns may influence their parenting.

What will we cover?

Over 8 weekly sessions, we’ll explore key topics such as:

· The ‘Circle’ framework: what it means and how it works

· Reading your child’s emotional cues

· Supporting your child to feel secure, confident, and connected

· Managing challenging behaviours with greater confidence

· Reflecting on your own parenting journey and experiences

· Repairing ruptures in your relationship with your child.
